AIRPORT, EVENT & GROUP TRANSPORT

We have been using Mark and the Direct Travel team for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them. Living on the Isle of Man, we often travel with large items such as bike boxes, and they always have the right vehicle available for the job. Even when with travelled with 7 of them!!! The team have also collected our children on occasions, and their communication is always excellent, giving us complete peace of mind. Mark and the team are genuine, down-to-earth people who take real pride in what they do. Their vehicles are always spotless, and the service is consistently reliable and friendly.

I have used DTL – Mark several times in the past couple of years for pick up / drop from Manchester airport …. his vehicles are clean, well maintained and the service is on time with timely information shared via SMS …. totally recommended as the price is also comparable ….

Used direct travel on multiple holidays and they have always been right outside ready to go when we get out the airport, even when we were delayed by 24 hours it was no trouble for them to come get us a day later. Also used them for gigs and they know exactly the best place to pick up to avoid the crowds making getting home so much easier! 10/10 experience!

Direct Travel Liverpool is the best transfer company. We use them every time we fly into Manchester to go to Liverpool. They are always there waiting for us and are right on time to pick us up. The driver we usually ge is Mark and he is the best.

Absolutely superb service from booking service right through to getting picked up. We booked months in advance and received all necessary confirmation but then a few days before got a reminder and opportunity to change anything. On the day we received at txt and were kept in touch with till pick up. Literally walked to the car park and Mark was there in a minute . Very friendly, very professional service!
